EAST HOLLYWOOD TO BOYLE HEIGHTS: The first CicLAvia, in October, was possibly the most successful thing to ever happen in LA (besides the production of "Avatar"), and it's back! From 10 am to 3 pm on Sunday, seven and a half miles of streets in East Hollywood, Koreatown, Westlake, Downtown, and Boyle Heights will be shut down for cars, but open for walking, biking, or just hanging out and doing whatever. The mayor and Lance Armstrong will kick things off at 9:30 am at the Japanese American National Museum. Be careful where you park and then go have some carless fun. More info here. [Curbed Inbox]
