Is "photos of people just hanging out" the new celebrity listing fad (Gore Vidal is such a trendsetter)? And if it is, couldn't we have at least gotten Jack Nicholson in his own house--maybe at the piano, like in "Five Easy Pieces"? Sitting in the office, holding a bandage to his nose, like in "Chinatown"? Skydiving onto the estate with Morgan Freeman, like in "The Bucket List"? Ah well, we'll have to settle for this young woman practicing her putting (plus that cute dog). According to the LA Times, Nicholson has owned this Malibu estate--70 acres!--since 1977. It has a three bedroom ranch-style main house, a caretaker's house, a tennis court, a swimming pool, and, in case you didn't notice, a putting green. Asking price is $4.25 million.
