DOWNTOWN: Today we took a trip up to the 27th floor of City Hall to gaze upon the latest progress of downtown's grand Civic Center Park, expected to be finished in 2012. Take it all in, folks! That's the Department of Water & Power headquarters at the top (the first 7 floors, that is) and the park extends pretty much all the way to the bottom of the photo. [Curbed InBox]
