This charming little two bedroom under the Shakespeare Bridge in Los Feliz went from listing to closing in just about three weeks, and of course sold above asking, presumably to a couple of hipster trolls. According to the listing, the house was "meticulously maintained," and even though trolls notoriously ask a lot of questions, inspections must have gone very smoothly. The house was listed on March 10, asking $569,000, and according to Redfin officially sold on April 1 for $651,000.
