As discussions about safety at Dodger Stadium continue, this is a new one: During a 2008 Phillies-Dodgers game, a Phillies fan allegedly high on "a marijuana cigarette, 10 beers and six shots of tequila" fell from the loge section onto a Dodger fan in the field box section below, breaking two of the Dodger fan's vertebrae. The injured man is suing both the Dodgers and the faller, but the Dodgers are saying they couldn't have foreseen the problem, since "Never before in the 49-year history of Dodger Stadium had anyone jumped or fallen off any of the elevated levels of seating at the facility."
