Here's an update on the newest condo conversion in the Historic Core: Real estate agent Kerry Marsico passes on word that Mercantile Lofts on Main is having a "soft opening" during ArtWalk on May 12th. Additionally, they are launching their sale showroom on the weekend of May 14/15. "Prices start in the high $200Ks," writes Marcisco in an email.
