Yesterday, the city weighed in on the sticky topic of library patrons watching porn on computers, an issue that balances First Amendment rights and the fact that kids can accidentally get a glimpse of the computer screens. While some city council members say porn filtering software should be installed, instead it looks like so-called "privacy shields" will be put around the computers, according to the Daily Breeze. We're not sure what those shields will look like, but we're imagining they will resemble those large white cones placed on post-op dogs. [Breeze]
