Via Patch: "Paris Hilton's boyfriend Cy Waits was attacked outside the Van Nuys Courthouse on Wednesday during the noon recess in the trial of a man who is charged with attempting to break into her Sherman Oaks home. 'That's the man who has been following me on a bike!' yelled a shaken Hilton as courthouse security guards wrestled the alleged attacker to the ground."
