The Real Estalker is pretty sure that country crossover kid Taylor Swift just bought this house in Franklin Canyon, and we can believe it--the place has a real Swiftian saccharine to it. It has three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, a dining room, a one-one guest house, and a tennis court on about 1.4 acres. Swift probably won't be living in LA full time (she's gotta stay authentic to her Nashville roots), but when she does stay here, we assume she'll be sleeping and writing mean songs about Jake Gyllenhaal in the room with the built-in twin canopy beds. The sale price was $3.55 million.
