Buffalo Exchange Moving Into a Gehry, a Spot For Men's Skinny Jeans, Storecasting Frenzy

New, 7 comments

COMMERCE/SANTA MONICA: From the annals of architectural extremes: the first Vince Camuto outlet will be opening up soon at the Citadel outlets in Commerce, while over in Santa Monica, a Buffalo Exchange will be moving into the Frank Gehry-designed Edgemar building.

BEVERLY GROVE: Racked visits the Civilianaire outpost on Third Street, where the men's jeans only come two ways: skinny and regular (both cost $220). The line is designed by the former Lucky Jeans guys, and is made up, naturally, of "classic Americana industrial and military inspired basics manufactured in the good old US of A - but with high-end Japanese cotton and long-lasting fabrication."

ALL OVER TOWN: In a frenzy of storecasting, Racked rounds up a bunch of new shops that have just opened or are opening soon in Venice, West Hollywood, and Silver Lake. Wares range from t-shirts to laptop bags to gifts from Australia.
