Is the residential real estate market so quiet that it's time for Curbed LA to start dipping into the latest news from the commercial real estate market? Hell, yeah. Particularly when there's a couple of renderings to ponder. As today's Los Angeles Times first reported, Chicago-based developer JMB Realty wants to put a 37-story office tower at 10131 West Constellation Boulevard, the site where it once planned a condo and office project. What hasn't changed: Local architecture firm Johnson Fain is still doing the design and neighbors are worried about the project causing an uptick in traffic.
