Following JH Snyder's recent handback of Valley Plaza in North Hollywood, the Daily News takes a look at the collapse of retail and housing plans for the area. Jerome H. Snyder, senior partner at Los Angeles-based J.H. Snyder Co, confirms JH Snyder no longer owns the site, but tells the paper: "I have a new plan but I'd rather reveal it to the (city) council office rather than reveal it to the press, if you don't mind."
