"Glee" creator Ryan Murphy has been trying to sell his Carl Maston above the Sunset Strip since before anyone had ever heard of Sue Sylvester. The house, which has three bedrooms, a pool, and a dog run, was first listed in May 2008 at $4.195 million, but was delisted in April 2009 after a failure to move. In October 2010, Murphy bought Diane Keaton's Ralph Flewelling-designed house in Beverly Hills for $10 million and a couple weeks later relisted the Maston, asking $3.25 million. After a couple of chops, the house was listed most recently at $2.85 million. That turned out to be just about right--it finally went for $2.775 million.
