Back in July, everyone met Sabine in Pasadena, a very purty 12-home development on South Lake Avenue. Backed by the same investors as the Legendary Place project in Hollywood, Sabine hit the market priced from $1.125 million to $1.6 million. Sales check? Listing agent Jeff Reisbeck, who represents the project, says that there are seven homes left. Sabine has undergone two price drops since opening and the cheapest one--two bedrooms, 2,229 square feet--now starts at $995,000.
