Downtowners, maybe you should ditch hopes for a Trader Joe's and instead lobby for a Sprouts--this grocery chain is on a roll. Globe St. reports that a Sprouts Farmers Market is opening in a new Nadel Architects-designed development in Granada Hills. More via the Daily News: "The $16 million redevelopment of the 46-year-old Granada Village property is scheduled to be completed next spring, according to Regency Centers, which owns 19 shopping centers in the Los Angeles area. Granada Village is the former home of a Ralphs market that closed in 2007." [Globe St. Daily News]
