HOLLYWOOD: An email newsblast from the folks at Gatsby Hollywood announces the sales of phase 2 of the Hollywood complex. Via the newsletter: "20 single-family detached homes remain • 1,700 sq. ft–1,824 sq. ft. with private rooftop decks.... Up to $5850. Solar tax credit...Now selling from the low $700s." Given that this area isn't exactly prime Hollywood, and given how many other new residential projects have tanked during the downturn, we were a little surprised the first phase did as well as it did.
