The last time Craig Elwood's Courtyard Apartments were mentioned on Curbed, it was in connection with architecture firm Taalman Koch, who were documenting the process of turning their 1,600-square-foot rental in the Hollywood complex into a live-work space that could accommodate "up to nine people" for Dwell. If the Taalman Koch crew are feeling cramped, it may interest them to hear that another apartment in the four-plex is now available. Per the Craigslist notice, the two-bedroom, one-bath unit up for grabs comes with two parking spaces, washer/dryer, and fireplace. Monthly rent is $2,200.
