This $5 million penthouse in South Park's Luma hit the market a few weeks ago--sans photos--but now that pictures have been added, we all get a chance to roam around. Warm and cozy, it's not, but there are plenty of views. Meanwhile, that other questionably staged, $4 million penthouse at Evo that hit the market in January has dropped to $3.75 million.
