Harwell Hamilton Harris' Blair Residence went on the market in November and the listing copy told us it was a "shelter for deer, and the creative human spirit." The two bedroom house in the Cahuenga Pass was built in 1939 and its latest listing was its first go on the market since 1955. It was listed in the fall at $725,000, was chopped in January to $675,000, and has just sold for $675,000.
