Montreal train enthusiast Alex Kasperavicius was visiting LA this weekend and took a 16-minute video of the Expo Line route, from Culver City to just north of USC, and posted it on a discussion board at The Transit Coalition. Even though it's nicely produced (with some dramatic accompanying music), you may start wishing you brought a magazine at about the four-to-five minute mark, but hey, that's what riding the train's all about. The Expo Authority is indicating the light-rail line will open to La Cienega in the fall, and Culver City in early 2012.
