At last week's High-Speed Rail Authority Board meeting, routes around downtown and the San Fernando Valley---this is the Los Angeles to Palmdale high speed line---were refined, all part of the process of narrowing down the routes to study in the draft environmental impact report, which will come out later this year. We showed an image of what's currently being considered near downtown, but via The Source here's a map showing the latest stops for the Valley, which would leave downtown, initially following State Route 2 .
