Back in early January, an electrical panel blew up at the ST Residential-owned Solair building, prompting the evacuation of residents in the 22-story tower at Western Ave and Wilshire Blvd, and an incident that had ST Residential scrambling to put everyone up in area housing. But good news! It turns out you can go home again. Following the completion of work on a new electric panel, Peter Marino, spokesperson for developer ST Residential says residents have started moving in again.
