A trial involving three women who say they suffered more than 100 bed bug bites while staying at a Glendale hotel will soon start, reports the Glendale News Press. The women are suing Rodeway Inn-Regalodge Motel following a three-day stay in 2009. Excerpt from story: "The women initially suspected the bumps [they got] were mosquito bites, but the itching got worse and more bumps appeared, according to the lawsuit. Three days later, they began pulling off the bed sheets and turning over the mattresses...That’s when they uncovered “blood-engorged bed bugs” crawling on the beds. Others were in between nooks of the hotel furniture, according to the lawsuit." The story has a nasty photo, too. And here are some TripAdvisor reviews. [GNP]
