The OC Register reports that a "badly trashed luxury home in Huntington Beach" in the guard gated Peninsula at Seacliff listed at $1.142 million got five offers, including two that were over list price. "The winning bid was the highest all-cash offer with what was expected to be the shortest escrow, a 2-week period." According to the OC Register, the home "was the worst example of 'malicious vandalism,' according to a local real estate.
