Updated March 29, 3:11 pm: Singer Chris Brown just moved into his new condo a few weeks ago and he's already been warned to keep it down. A "source" tells Radar Online that Brown, who is on probation for a 2009 felony assault on his then-girlfriend, "is a problematic tenant, to say the least...He has his posse traipsing around until the late hours of the night, he’s loud and totally disrespectful of his neighbors." Strangely enough, Brown's condo is in a seven unit condo building on Fountain Avenue in West Hollywood (we've been asked to remove the name)--he bought his full-floor penthouse last month for $1.6 million. The condo has three bedrooms, an open floor plan, and direct elevator access. Its listing calls it "A perfect place for entertaining," but neglects to mention that the neighbors will blab to Radar. An email to Curbed, purportedly from the other owners in the building, says "None of us have spoken with reporters or 'blabbed to Radar', and frankly we wish to remain out of it."
