Amid the great debate over crowded streets near the Hollywood Sign comes the news that some tourist-directing signs will return to the Hollywood Hills! Last night the Hollywood United Neighborhood Council voted to install three temporary signs to direct Hollywood Sign-seeking tourists away from now-crowded Deronda Drive, according to Hollywood Patch. It sounds like they're also seeking a permanent solution, too. The group also passed a motion to organize a group made up of "residents, Hollywoodland Homeowners Association, and the upper and lower Beachwood Canyon Neighborhood Association to work on signage options." As covered before, numerous Hollywood groups are seeking long-term solutions to their tourist-caused street-clogging problems. [Patch]
