Two summers ago, Venice's Main Street Lofts, a six-unit unfinished project in Venice near Winward, was looking pretty dark. But judging from Property Shark records, the project looks to have a new ownership, and the units have recently returned to the market. Each unit is over 2,000 square feet, has two bedrooms and three baths, and has a two-car underground parking. Prices range from $1.99 million- $1.265 million (and these units may compete with the nearby Dogtown Lofts). Sample photos off the official web site, while here's a Redfin listing: "Walnut floors throughout on 2nd and 3rd. Douglas Fir railing up the galvanized steel staircase. Top of the line Italian tiles in kitchen and bathrooms. Prime location, only steps from the best shopping at abbott Kinney and a block from the famous Venice Beach."
