This University Park live-work loft-style building, notable for its warehouse facade, glass atrium, solar panels, and history as an adult magazine warehouse, has been kicking around for quite a while. After a brief sale attempt in late 2008 and early 2009, the house was listed in February 2010 at $1.499 million, but was pretty swiftly chopped down to $1.29 million. Most recently we saw it in December, when it was asking $990,000. New price is $800,000. Is it there yet?
