Two summers ago, Venice's Main Street Lofts, a six-unit unfinished project in Venice near Winward, was looking pretty dark. But judging from Property Shark records, the project looks to have a new ownership, and the units have recently returned to the market. Each unit is over 2,000 square feet, has two bedrooms and three baths, and has a two-car underground parking. Prices range from $1.99 million- $1.265 million (and these units may compete with the nearby Dogtown Lofts).
