Blog Eloise Moorehead visited the recently-listed Lloyd Wright Sowden House back in February, and found that designer Xorin Balbes had loaded up the place with geodes, "in every nook and corner" (she photographed 11, from the kitchen to the yard). Nicolas Cage also likes a decorative geode--a boulder of specimen was visible in the listing for his pricechopped-within-an-inch-of-its-life Bel Air mansion (it was foreclosed on, then finally sold last November). So who did it best? What wins out--quantity or gigantity?
