The unit, which has 18 foot ceilings, 24 hour front desk service, a world class gym and "broad zoning guidelines." Meow! Liberal zoning rules=far sexier than Gallo's sperm. According to Eric Lowry, Coldwell Banker real estate agent, Gallo owns a number of units in this Arts District building.
