Vidal and Ronnie Sassoon are in April's Architectural Digest showing off Richard Neutra's Singleton House, which they've been trying to sell off and on since 2007. The magazine explains the big changes the pair made to the house (it was in bad shape when they got to it in 2004), but don't miss Vidal's analysis of westside neighborhoods: "The Sassoons happily decamped from Beverly Hills ('It’s just a shopping mall now,' scoffs Vidal) and moved up to Mulholland. 'It’s still the Wild, Wild West up here,' he notes." [Architectural Digest, image via, previously]
