This Dutch Colonial in the Hollywood Hills where actress Carole Lombard bunked between her marriages to William Powell and Clark Gable first came to our attention back in October. At that time, the four-bedroom, three-bath home was available to lease for $5,800/month, or to buy for $2.7 million. Six months later, it's been re-introduced with rejiggered asking prices and a different set of photos. And while the listing's new pix are something of an improvement over the previous lot, unfortunately, we doubt the house will ever look as appealing as it does in photos taken during Lombard's residency, when it featured interior decoration by the legendary Billy Haines. But if you disagree, the 2,960-square-foot residence (and its guesthouse) can be yours to rent for $6,500/month or $1.595 million to own.
