The Courtyard House on Mississippi Avenue in West LA hit the MLS in March 2010, being quickly being pricechopped to $2.495 million. Months later, the house is back, with a new, lower price. It's fallen again to $2.195 million. Featured in Dwell magazine, it last sold in 2007 for $1.945 million.
