And so we head to Glendale for "some imagery from the EIR of the "Broadway Lofts" project that is slated to replace the former Circuit City site at the intersection of Maryland and Broadway," writes Tropico Station. No word on the architecture firm, but the apartment complex will be walking distance to the Americana at Brand and other shopping areas. An older Glendale News Press story says the project will be done by the end of 2012.
