The Hall Residence was built in 1981 by architect Mark Hall, who according to the Silver Lake News, is a one-time president of both the AIA Los Angeles chapter and of the LA Conservancy. The listing for the two bedroom, two bathroom house says the recent restoration was "Designed to reflect the urban development of the Hollywood Hills," but "kept true to the architect's intent, balancing pure artistic relevance with modern upgrades and enhancements." We're guessing it also got rid of that "energy-efficient corrugated concrete asbestos" the SLN mentions. Asking price is $1.15 million.
