Via the Pasadena Star News comes word of a lawsuit over the recently approved $76-million project at Colorado Boulevard and Lake Avenue. "The lawsuit, filed by Pasadena Coalition for Responsible Development, seeks to have the project halted and asks for payment of unspecified damages. The project includes restoration of the historic Constance Hotel." The coalition consists of a union representing hotel workers. "In the past opponents have said that the hotel would provide only poverty-level wages," according to the paper. [PSN]
