It's not much of a reveal, but here's the one rendering handed out to the press of the new Gensler office in downtown. It sounds like they'll build out the space office quickly. Gensler will take the "two upper floors of the 'jewel box' of the "three-story building that sits in between the twin 52-story towers at City National Plaza....Construction of the office space will begin immediately and it is anticipated that Gensler will take occupancy in October."
