Ashton Kutcher Selling Charity Tours of Hills House He Built Himself

New, 10 comments

Ashton Kutcher is selling his house, tours of his house, furnishings in his house, all kinds of stuff. And a lot of the proceeds, including part of the real estate agent's commission, are going to his Demi and Ashton (DNA) Foundation, which advocates for the victims of human trafficking. The house sits just below Mulholland and west of Laurel Canyon, and has four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. Kutcher bought it in 2004 for $1 million, according to Zillow, and he and his father expanded it from about 2,000 square feet to 3,235 square feet. Duncan McIntosh designed the renovation. The house is listed at $2.6 million, but if you're all set with the one you've got, Gilt has just launched ticket sales for two February 12 tours at $250 a person (wine and light snacks included), with 100% going to the DNA Foundation. Five of the rooms have been staged by local designers, and the furnishings will also be sold on Gilt, starting February 12.
