Agoura Hills has been found guilty of bargain-hunting. Last March, US Bank meant to auction off a $2 million first loan on a 71 acre property in unincorporated LA, but accidentally put up a second loan, and now a Los Angeles Superior Court judge has voided the sale, ruling that "the city should have known the $630,000 price tag for more than 70 acres of prime Agoura Hills freeway real estate was an unsually sweet deal and that a clerical mistake had been made." The city will appeal. [Image via the Jewish Journal] [The Acorn]
