The Los Angeles Coliseum Commission voted yesterday to keeping moving with its plans to demolish the Welton Becket-designed Memorial Sports Arena and replace it with either an events amphitheater or a soccer stadium. The Commission certified an environmental impact report for the replacement, despite protests that the comment period was held over the holiday season.
