The Downtown News reports the next wave of units at developer Kor Group's Barker Block project will be slightly smaller. The developer asked the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) permission to redesign units in three buildings--and make those units smaller--because the developer has found its smaller units in the complex sell better. "According to CRA documents, Kor wants to redesign the buildings with units averaging about 1,050 square feet to meet market demand." [Downtown News]
