The Hollywood Reporter catches up with the city's struggling luxury condo market and reports that work on the Beverly West, the 22-story Wilshire and Comstock tower that's taken almost four years to finish, will wrap up next month. Units mostly run from $1,500 to $3,495 a square foot (there's a few units under $1,500). The director of sales for owner Emaar Properties tells the HR that prices likely won't drop: "We are going to hold steady," Bill Simpson told the mag. [HR]
