"Completely rebuilt in 1988" is not really something you want to hear in a listing, but maybe this house already looked like an evil robot trying to hypnotize passers-by before the remodel. The property (originally built in 1941) has tons of pale wood, plus four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, a high vaulted ceiling, a pool, a dining room, and, allegedly, a huge master bedroom with a fireplace. The listing tells us the property is a "light fixer," but "will go quick," despite having been on the market since August at various asking prices from $1.499 million all the way down to $1.25 million. Asking price for the moment is $1.299 million.
