The Century's Model Units: Do You Prefer Contemporary or Traditional?

New, 21 comments

Elizabeth Daniels The Century was one of four luxury condo towers to open in Los Angeles in the last couple of years, but only recently did Related Cos allow us access inside the building. So following this morning's look at the common areas, have a walk around the building's two model units. The first unit is the Marmol Radziner-designed contemporary unit. Called The Metropolitan, this 2,777 square foot two-bedroom, two and half-bath is asking $3 million. The second unit (the pool shot separates the photos of the two units) is a more traditional unit. Dubbed The Century, the Robert AM Stern-designed four- bedroom, five and half bath unit is 4,442 square feet and asking $6.2 million. Originally, Related Cos priced units at $3.3 million and up; today, units are priced at $2.95 million following a price drop last summer.
