In a rare case of locals convincing a developer to change the color of an existing building, developer DDCM will re-paint a 70-unit senior housing project at Colorado Boulevard and College View, reports Eastsider LA. "DDCM agreed to paint the new building in more 'neutral tones,'" according to the blog, rather than its existing "shade of goldenrod."
