Last we heard, this project was being developed by Spectra America, a group born of the now-defunct West Millennium development company. Prices at this 47-unit condo project start at $455,000 (for a 1,192 square foot two bed/two bath; $282 hoas) to $695,000 (for a 1,848 square foot two-bedroom, two-bath unit; $383 hoas).
