Terminal B at San Jose
Fentress Architects, based in Denver, with Los Angeles and San Jose offices, has just earned green building accolades for their recently completed Terminal B at Mineta San José International Airport. The project has been awarded LEED Silver certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. You may recognize the Fentress name because they're the firm behind the Bradley West project at LAX, a development that will bring a new under-construction international terminal and concourses. (Various readers landing at LAX have been sending in photos of the ongoing work, particularly those roof panels.) Bradley West will open in December 2012.
