It's been a bit of a mystery trying to find out what the rental prices are for the condo-turned-rental Hancock Lofts building, but an email blast over the weekend gives an indication. A rep for CIM Group writes in an email: "I currently have one and two bedroom lofts and townhomes. The square footage ranges anywhere from 1042 to 1103 on the one bedrooms and the two bedrooms range from 1585-1867 square feet.....The one bedrooms start at $3300-3400 and the two bedrooms start at $4900-5800 on a one year lease term."
