Spanish Revival Revival in Laurel Canyon

Don't worry, no one seriously messed with a 1928 house, this was built in 1985. The four bedroom, three and three-quarter bathroom hides it fairly well on the inside--those ceilings are hand-carved, according to the listing. The house also has a dining room, a big patio, a modern-times elevator, and a silly name: El Castillo (yeah, we got it from the crenellations, house-namers). Asking price is very authentically $2.175 million.
